Southern Museum of Flight is located near the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. This museum is one of the largest aviation museums in the southeast. The 75,000-square-foot museum hosts six different exhibits, including Tuskegee Airmen and Vietnam-era helicopters. They even have summer camps for children that are interested in aviation.
