This light pasta dish will be best in summer with fresh tomatoes. It takes about 7 minutes to cook the tomatoes and 2 minutes to boil the pasta. When they’re both done, mix them together for a fast and easy meal. You could even use it as a side dish. Add ricotta cheese to make this meal extra tasty.
Nothing says summer like watermelon! You can easily make watermelon a meal by mixing it with cucumbers and feta cheese. With no cook time, this is the perfect last-minute meal everyone will love. Or, you can keep it in the fridge just for you and snack on it.
If you can’t get enough watermelon, try grilling large chunks like a steak. The combination of sweet and savory is delicious. It only takes 3 minutes on each side to cook these slices. The recipe calls for a side salad to match.
For a heartier meal, grill chicken and veggies in a foil packet. The foil keeps everything together and makes grilling the veggies easier.
